from 10 reviewsI have only had their workout book for two weeks now and have already seen major improvements in the way I prepare, log, and track my progress in the gym. Every new session I am more aware about my limits and more importantly where and how to push them, all from a simple on hand tool. Many people I know use their phones to track workouts but having a booklet on hand makes things much more accessible and organised. 5/5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their habits in the gym.
This book has been great in keeping me motivated for my weight/cardio workouts, the layout of the pages is so simple to follow, and it’s really helpful having the examples throughout! It’s been amazing having a physical book that I can have to hand to keep track of my strength progression along with being able to make notes about what I need to work on or what felt good. I’ve definitely found it motivates me to want to keep lifting more each week, so that I can keep beating my PBs.
The book is also great quality and really durable; after being banged around in my gym bag, it’s as good as new! Will definitely be using this as my go to tracker moving forward.
Great tracking book.,allowing you to plan using the pace charts and hold yourself accountable, great use of space for the data lovers out there. Keeping it all together in a concise book. Step by steps to achieving the goals. Fantastic quality.
As someone who has a hectic schedule and can’t afford a coach this log book has worked perfectly in helping me plan my weeks in detail. It provides me motivation to complete the training and allows me to look back on the good and bad days for future development. As someone who usually takes each day as it comes, this tool has provided me with a larger overall perception of my marathon training and has been nothing short of great. The book really has everything in it from race day packing to training reviews. Thank you!
